O documento serviu como ponto de partida para um amplo e democr\u00e1tico debate junto aos trabalhadores. Depois, realizamos uma assembleia com o objetivo de estabelecer as metas e prioridades, consolidando uma pauta constru\u00edda de forma coletiva e participativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">No dia 19 de janeiro, o Sindicato deu mais um<a href=\"https:\/\/sintramem-sv.org.br\/novo\/campanha-salarial-2026-diretoria-do-sintramem-entrega-pauta-de-reivindicacoes-ao-prefeito-kayo-amado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> passo importante nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es salariais e de benef\u00edcios<\/strong><\/a>.
