O objetivo: defender os direitos dos Servidores municipais frente a mudan\u00e7as propostas na cesta b\u00e1sica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Diante da alega\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura sobre impedimentos legais para manter o pagamento direto da cesta b\u00e1sica no valor de R$ 400 aos inativos, o SINTRAMEM apresentou uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; background-color: #ffff00;\">converter o valor de R$ 400 em um aux\u00edlio sa\u00fade, repassado atrav\u00e9s da Caixa de Sa\u00fade (autarquia da qual os Servidores s\u00e3o parte).<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Assim podemos garantir que o recurso auxilie os aposentados especificamente nas despesas com rem\u00e9dios e cuidados m\u00e9dicos.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> A Prefeitura se comprometeu a analisar a viabilidade jur\u00eddica da proposta e dar uma resposta definitiva at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #ffffff; background-color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ATAQUE BARRADO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Enquanto buscava solu\u00e7\u00e3o para os aposentados, o <strong>SINTRAMEM<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m agiu rapidamente para proteger os Servidores em atividade. O vice-presidente M\u00e1rcio denunciou uma grave tentativa da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o ao encaminhar <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">minuta de lei \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal propondo substituir a cesta b\u00e1sica por vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Problema central:<\/strong> o vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o seria pago apenas por dia trabalhado, transformando um direito consolidado em um benef\u00edcio vari\u00e1vel e sujeito a descontos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Consequ\u00eancias graves<\/strong>: qualquer aus\u00eancia (como f\u00e9rias, licen\u00e7as m\u00e9dicas, abonos ou pr\u00eamio) resultaria em desconto no valor. A \u00fanica exce\u00e7\u00e3o seria a licen\u00e7a-maternidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Alertados sobre a manobra e a total falta de di\u00e1logo com os sindicatos, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>SINTRAMEM<\/strong> e do SindservSV agiram imediatamente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">1. Contataram os vereadores.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">2. Esclareceram os preju\u00edzos da proposta.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3. Denunciaram a aus\u00eancia de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; background-color: #ffff00;\">4.
