A defini\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s diversas reuni\u00f5es entre o <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>SINTRAMEM<\/strong><\/span> e a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o iniciadas no \u00faltimo dia 7 de maio, poucos dias depois da<a href=\"https:\/\/sintramem-sv.org.br\/novo\/agora-e-sentenca-justica-garante-vitoria-ao-magisterio-e-determina-pagamento-do-adicional-de-pos-graduacao-em-sao-vicente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> senten\u00e7a favor\u00e1vel publicada em 27 de abril na a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva movida pela entidade sindical<\/strong><\/a>. A defini\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ontem, dia 11.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #ffffff; background-color: #ff0000;\"><strong>LUTA DO SINDICATO GARANTE AVAN\u00c7O \u00c0 CATEGORIA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A conquista \u00e9 resultado direto da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e da atua\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica do Sindicato em defesa da categoria. A decis\u00e3o judicial condenou a Prefeitura a retomar o pagamento do benef\u00edcio aos Servidores prejudicados pela suspens\u00e3o do adicional no passado. Orientamos que <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><strong>o valor ser\u00e1 depositado integralmente nesta folha suplementar<\/strong><\/span>, sem descontos imediatos, mas alerta que poder\u00e1 haver incid\u00eancia de Imposto de Renda no fechamento da folha mensal.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> \u201cSeguimos atentos e atuando para garantir que nenhum direito do Servidor seja retirado.
